Purpose of This Assessment

This self-assessment helps you evaluate your current operating capability across 15 leadership and execution pillars, from Level 1 (Intern capacity) to Level 5 (COO capacity).

 

The goal is to produce:

  • An honest picture of your current functional level
  • Clear insight into your strength areas
  • A focused view of your development gaps and what it will take to move to the next level

Important: This is not a personality test. It is a capacity and evidence-based assessment.
